Job Description

Sales & Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales qualified leads by conducting Internet-based, targeted research based upon the approved plan and transition to the appropriate Account Executive.
  • Landing large deals by establishing multiple contacts within the target companies.
  • Manage client expectations and partner with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Negotiate Rates and provide quotes for clients and prospects.
  • Maintain, develop, map, and penetrate existing clients’ organizations to gain an in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.
  • Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects, and visit as appropriate.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Work on expanding and enlarging business cooperation with the Company’s clients.
  • Follow up monthly with the existing clients using business review technique to evaluate business cooperation status.
  • Work closely with production’s teams and manage escalations to resolve and fix all issues the clients may be facing.
  • Keep clients updated with the latest improvements, updates and new services added.
  • Work on achieving the company’s financial targets.
  • Prepare Monthly sales reports.

Projects’ Management Responsibilities

  • Manages Localization's projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, internal business partners, and external vendors and other departments.
  • Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
  • Analyzes project risk, and defines mitigation actions of identified risks.
  • Responsible on Project’s deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards clients.
  • Leads project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings, weekly and ad-hoc.
  • Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Highly‐developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
