Job Description
AS a Dynamic CRM Administrator you will able to do:
- Upgrade Microsoft Dynamics to the most recent version available for multiple environments. Perform full regression testing, and fix any issues identified because of the upgrade.
- Develop enhancements, fix defects in the workflows or reports, as requested.
- Design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Fix issues related to plugins or custom configurations.
- Provide Dynamics infrastructure support to the client.
- Manage any service account password resets, and Azure AD registration renewals working with agency staff and NIH.
- Manage requests to add/remove security/privileges in Dynamics.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
- Experienced Dynamics development and administration skillset is required.
- Experience with SharePoint online and integrating SharePoint online with Dynamics is required.
- Must have familiarity with Office 365 cloud infrastructure. Candidate will work with client staff.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, software releases, and product upgrades
- Experience in building, monitoring, and troubleshooting data integration
