Job Description
- Develop strategic marketing plans to achieve the objectives of promoting the company's products and services.
- Develop and implement marketing programs to achieve the established objectives of revenue and profitability and the company's share of the market.
- Supervises the preparation of advertising and advertising in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Oversees the analysis of marketing programs and the modification of strategy and methods to increase effectiveness.
- Supervises the market research to discuss internal and external marketing opportunities.
- Conducts marketing survey studies on current and new product concepts.
- Create a consistent image of the company and maintain it in all production lines and advertising materials.
- Oversees the provision of market information and marketing strategy to the sales team, which requires follow-up to allow for competition within the team.
- Periodic reports on the progress of the Marketing and Sales Department to the Chairman and Managing Director.

- وضع وتنفيذ برامج التسويق لتحقيق الأهداف المقررة الخاصة بالإيرادات والربحية ونصيب الشركة من السوق يشرف على إعداد أعمال الدعاية والإعلان بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية
- يشرف على تحليل برامج التسويق وتعديل الإستراتيجية والأساليب لزيادة الفعالية
- يشرف على دراسة السوق لبحث فرص التسويق الداخلية والخارجية والعمل على زيادة المبيعات
- يشرف على إجراء دراسات مسح تسويقية عن مفاهيم المنتجات الحالية والجديدة
- خلق صورة ثابتة للشركة والحفاظ عليها فى جميع خطوط الإنتاج ومواد الدعاية
- يشرف على تزويد فريق المبيعات بمعلومات السوق وإستراتيجية الشركة فى التسويق مما يستلزم المتابعة لإتاحة فرصة التنافس داخل الفريق
- رفع تقارير دورية عن تقدم إدارة التسويق والمبيعات إلى رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب
- يشترك فى وضع وتنفيذ خطط الإنتاج
- يشرف على إعداد قائمة بالموردين المرشحين للتعاقد مع الشركة وتحديثها بصفه دورية
- يتابع مدى التزام الموردين بشروط التعاقد وتسليم الكميات المطلوبه للمصنع
- يتابع عمليات توفير المواد الخام الخاصة بالمصانع
Job Requirements
- مؤهل عالي مناسب
- خبرة عملية في مجال العمل تتروح ما بين 10 إلى 15 سنه
- اجتياز الدورات التدريبية اللازمة لشغل الوظيفة
- القدرة على العمل بروح التعاون مع زملائه والموظفين لخلق بيئة مناسبة للعمل
- إيجاد التعامل مع الحاسب الآلى اجادة اللغة الانجليزية
