Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, facilities and taking minutes and resolutions as well as communicating them to attendees to help them follow up on decisions made in the meetings or working groups.
  • Typing, compiling and presenting all correspondences and reports as needed (Weekly, monthly and quarter).
  • Responsible for all data and information related to the Technology Unit’s system.
  • Assessing the training needs of the subordinate and coordinating with the HR Department to provide the needed training and other performance development initiatives.
  • Ensuring continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.
  • Keeping up to date with company’s standards, policies, procedures and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities.
  • Compiling data from various departments to support the preparation of various reports as requested

Job Requirements
