Job Description
- Timekeeping, Tracking and maintain all-time attendance records for all employees ( Attendance, vacations, sick leave ….ETC).
- Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Ensure all employees database is up to date, maintaining and updating Filling system to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations and ensure that documentation is easily accessible.
- Issuing form 1&6 for the new hires and resigned employees.
- Ensure to submitting all social insurance forms to the social insurance office on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1 to 2 years of All Personnel functions experience is a must.
- Very good English.
- HITS ERP is preferable
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor-related laws (Labor law, social & medical insurance laws)
- Able to build good relationships
- Problem solver and have analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills
