Junior Customer Service Specialist

Main Duties:

• Responsible for sending and coordinating industrial orders.
• Responsible for issuing an industrial report that shows total monthly sales.
• Receive and place orders related to Industrial sales on Logistic system.
• Coordinate and schedule Industrial orders.
• Place invoices on the system.
• Coordinate and schedule Sales orders.
• Prepare a monthly report that shows detailed data total sales for Cairo & Upper Egypt.
• Review Products stock.
• Send updated daily stock report to the sales team.
• Follow up on orders status.
• Coordinate with finance department to send invoices to our clients.
• Make sure that all clients receive invoices for delivered orders.
• Review customer’s balances.
