Job Description

  • Establish department objectives by forecasting and developing business/growth strategies for the company focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for the company, estimate expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.
  • Conduct market researches to identify new markets, customer needs, initiate leads and identify strategic partnerships.
  • Setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business, understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
  • Implement new sales plans, targets, strategies and programs that expand the company’s customer base.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales department and manage the sales plan accordingly.
  • Ensure sales targets are delivered through people management and performance review.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Analyzing and improving the company’s pricing methodology.
  • Preview/Audit customer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms of conditions and guidelines.
  • Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales target are met.
  • Track and analyze all sales records and create detailed written reports including revenues, expenses, realistic forecasts and presentations as required on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
  • +10 years of professional working experience.
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales or a relevant role.
  • Sales/Management Diploma or Course is preferable.
  • Experience in planning and implementing new business models/strategies, sales plans, pricing lists.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales is preferable.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic language is a must.
  • Proficiency in using MS office application.
  • Efficient in strategic thinking
  • Efficient communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Dependability and decision making – reliable, responsible and fulfilling obligations.
  • Strong leadership skills – take charge, offer opinions and directions.
