Job Description
- Establish department objectives by forecasting and developing business/growth strategies for the company focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for the company, estimate expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.
- Conduct market researches to identify new markets, customer needs, initiate leads and identify strategic partnerships.
- Setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business, understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
- Implement new sales plans, targets, strategies and programs that expand the company’s customer base.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales department and manage the sales plan accordingly.
- Ensure sales targets are delivered through people management and performance review.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
- Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Analyzing and improving the company’s pricing methodology.
- Preview/Audit customer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms of conditions and guidelines.
- Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales target are met.
- Track and analyze all sales records and create detailed written reports including revenues, expenses, realistic forecasts and presentations as required on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- +10 years of professional working experience.
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales or a relevant role.
- Sales/Management Diploma or Course is preferable.
- Experience in planning and implementing new business models/strategies, sales plans, pricing lists.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales is preferable.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic language is a must.
- Proficiency in using MS office application.
- Efficient in strategic thinking
- Efficient communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
