Job Description

Job Introduction

Responsible for supporting the company Sales Team and ensuring that they have the tools, support, and resources needed to set them apart from the competition. He/she will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling.
  • Prepares professional sales quotations and then follows up with clients.
  • Tracking sales quotations to ensure that they are scheduled and sent on time.
  • Following up with outdoor sales team and offering office support.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Following up on sales leads generated.
  • Assemble and compile basic data for reports or presentations.
  • Make accurate reports per week, month, years and analyzing and assessing statistical data.
  • Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation also to be more effective and implement key business strategies.
  • Maintaining sales calendars, contacting potential customers to arrange appointments and
  • entering customer information into contact management databases.
  • Provide administrative support and involvement in both pre-sale and post-sale process.
  • Regularly updating all projects that we have on excel sheets.
  • Handle various internal correspondences and external correspondences.

Job Requirements

Skills and Specifications:

  • Language School is a must
  • Proven Experience in the same industry.
  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills
  • Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
  • Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good liaison with all other department members
  • Able to work in a team and willing to put up to team
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
