Job Description
General Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performs inbound and outbound calls
- Updates customers' data into the system
- Assist in resolving customers complaints if any.
- Troubleshoots problems and provides information.
- Responds to customers inquires in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor
Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role (call center or customer service environment).
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point).
- The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skill.
- Age: 23 to 27
- Gender : Females
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and politely at all times.
- An excellent listener, patient and helpful person.
- Highly presentable
- Strong teamwork, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure & meet deadlines.
