Job Description

Office Assistant will;

  • Assume full responsibility for all office Administrative issues.
  • Maintain Filling system.
  • Maintain and record company G&A.
  • Prepare and Follow up staff Timesheets.
  • Record MOM and manage meetings schedule for Top management.
  • Coordinate field trips and logistics between head office and the company's different sites.
  • Prepare Faxes, Memos and other spreadsheets documents as required.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelors Degree.
  • Professional user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional user of Microsoft Word.
  • Organized and accurate.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Lives in nearby Area to the company location ( Zahraa El Maadi, Maadi, New Cairo, and Nasser city)
