Job Description
Office Assistant will;
- Assume full responsibility for all office Administrative issues.
- Maintain Filling system.
- Maintain and record company G&A.
- Prepare and Follow up staff Timesheets.
- Record MOM and manage meetings schedule for Top management.
- Coordinate field trips and logistics between head office and the company's different sites.
- Prepare Faxes, Memos and other spreadsheets documents as required.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelors Degree.
- Professional user of Microsoft Excel.
- Professional user of Microsoft Word.
- Organized and accurate.
- Excellent English language.
- Lives in nearby Area to the company location ( Zahraa El Maadi, Maadi, New Cairo, and Nasser city)
