Job Description

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO & Chairman like managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
  • Plan, attend meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Screen incoming emails and sort it into categories.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or any relevant administrative position.
  • Fluent English is A Must.
