Job Description
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO & Chairman like managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
- Plan, attend meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Book travel arrangements
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Screen incoming emails and sort it into categories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or any relevant administrative position.
- Fluent English is A Must.
