Job Summary: Looking for dedicated and talented Public Relations Officer in Cairo, Egypt.
VIOTAL Healthcare Group currently looking for Public Relations Officer specialized in medical equipment line, who will be responsible for organizing and overseeing PR activities to ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and clients.
Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Understanding and promoting company goals and programs.
- Organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Maintaining client records.
- Maintaining knowledge of new developments in anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Delivery of the goods to the customer and worth collecting it.
- Ability to clear paper transactions with Egyptian customs, ministry of health and chamber of commerce
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: 3-5 years of experience in public relations field in Egypt.
- Sound knowledge of verbal/written communication in English / Arabic language.
- Operationally focused, highly motivated, self starter who is committed to excellence.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Holding valid driving license (having private car is plus point)
