Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Achieve the goal of each quarter sales
- Listening to client requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities and % of Target achievement
- Gaining a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements; and ensuring fulfilling these requirements through leading the production with other departments of the agency
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Digital Agency experience is a must
