Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership Role

• Set a list of objectives for sales& marketing team members and monitor their performance
• Mentor and support both the sales and marketing team members in their task
• Ensure each sale & marketing team member is following the process and plan
• Adjust the sales and marketing process and plan whenever needed
• Effectively interact, support and cooperate with all company departments and employees to achieve company goals as sales, finance, and operation. Set a good example for subordinates

Sales Leadership Role

• Lead the sales team through a well though strategy to achieve the sales targets
• Propose and review the pricing and discount policies
• Respond to some sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person and update the sales system promptly
• Prepare, present, sell and negotiate our services to some customers
• Build customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and network (in and out of Adrenalin) to generate new leads

Marketing Leadership Role

• Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing activities
• Search for new marketing opportunities to serve the business
• Attend some of the marketing events sponsored by the company
• Supervise the company branding, marketing, and public relation material production
• Supervise the company digital marketing activities
• Monitor website analytics and search engine and lead to their best outcome
• Supervise and manage company marketing agency tasks and contract
• Monitor the market conditions and competition development to keep our business in the lead
