Job Description
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the premises including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance.
- Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.
- Develop maintenance schedules, allocate the workload and enforce them among maintenance staff.
- Manage the setup and take down of different events.
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
- Carry out inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Inspect equipment and tools to determine when replacement is necessary
- Monitor maintenance tools’ inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Reviews bids for equipment and services received and make recommendations to the director of administrative services.
Job Requirements
- Only Bachelor of Engineering - Architectural Engineering or Electricity Engineering – Mechanical “Power” Engineering.
- Years of experience: 8-10 – specially in General buildings maintenance duties.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work program within deadlines
- Excellent computer literacy mainly Microsoft Office.
