Use Oracle development tools for custom development, workflow, forms, reports, notification and alerts
Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
Create system design proposals.
Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to support management in making implementation decisions.
Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system programmers.

Qualification:

Experience:

Assigning and doing any work related required technical assistance like reports, forms or any other GUI, workflow issues, solution design issues and discover issues
Experienced with Oracle eBS modules Account Receivable, Account Payable, HRMS - Payroll, Procurement and CRM solutions, in close coordination with Functional Consultants.
Involved in Solution designing for various projects handled by the team as well as process designing or changing any if required for business effectively.
Responsible for writing Design Documents, review of deliverable, testing and QA related activities, effectively carry out Change Requests in compliance to ERP Design.
Handling Version Controlling for all the documentation and deliverable objects.
