Job Description
- Planning, organizing and directing manufacturing and maintenance processes that ensure maximizing the actual yield of production.
- Prepare initiative plans and processes that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to the company's interests.
- Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve a good return.
- Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to the solution and reduce costs as needed and in a manner not detrimental to the interests and objectives of the company.
- Work to improve the use of labor within the factory, and work to keep it stable to achieve the return required to achieve the interests of the company.
- Work to give confidence to employees and their participation in the production and development processes and maintain the individual skills of employees and encourage them to work.
- Work on continuous improvement and development of the product to ensure the objectives and interests of the company.
- Determine the needs of the factory of human cadres, industrial equipment and internal facilities, and follow up their availability.
- Modernize equipment and devices continuously to work on raising the productive capacity of the plant, and develop advanced plans to increase production and quality standards.
- Technical and administrative supervision of the subordinates, and follow-up evaluation of their performance and achievements, and see the proposals of training programs to raise the level of knowledge and development of their abilities.

- إعداد خطط المبادرة والعمليات التي تقلل من تكاليف التصنيع وتسهم في تحقيق مصالح الشركة.
- الاستخدام الفعال للقوى العاملة، والمعدات، والمرافق، والمواد، بما يحقق العائد الجيد.
- تحقيق الأهداف والجداول الزمنية للإنتاج مع ضمان معايير المنتجات التي من شأنها أن تتجاوز توقعات العملاء. المساهمة في حل وخفض التكاليف حسب الحاجة وبما لا يضر بمصالح وأهداف الشركة.
- العمل على تحسين استخدام اليد العاملة داخل المصنع، والعمل على إبقاءها مستقرة بما يحقق العائد المطلوب لتحقيق مصالح الشركة.
- العمل على منح الثقة للعاملين ومشاركتهم في عمليات الإنتاج والتطوير والحفاظ على المهارات الفردية لدى العاملين وتشجيعهم على العمل
- العمل على التحسين المستمر للمنتج وتطويره بما يضمن أهداف ومصالح الشركة.
- تحديد احتياجات المصنع من الكوادر البشرية والتجهيزات الصناعية والمرافق الداخلية، ومتابعة توفيرها.
- تحديث المعدات والأجهزة باستمرار للعمل على رفع القدرة الإنتاجية للمصنع، ووضع خطط متطورة لزيادة الإنتاج ومعايير الجودة
- الإشراف الفني والإداري على المرؤوسين، ومتابعة تقييم أدائهم وإنجازاتهم، والاطلاع على مقترحات البرامج التدريبية الكفيلة برفع مستوى معارفهم وتنمية قدراتهم
Job Requirements
- مؤهل عال مناسب
- خبرة عملية في مجال إدارة المصانع تتروح ما بين 10 إلى 15 سنه
- اجتياز الدورات التدريبية اللازمة لشغل الوظيفة
- القدرة على العمل بروح التعاون مع زملائه والموظفين لخلق بيئة مناسبة للعمل
- اجادة اللغة الانجليزية
- إيجاد التعامل مع الحاسب الآلى
