Job Description
- Acting on behalf of HR Supervisor in her absence.
- Follow-up to hiring procedures.
- Follow up receipt of work till starting the induction program.
- Follow up the process of termination & resignation.
- Issue a monthly report about new staff.
- Follow up to save documents up to date.
To maintain confidentiality by:
- Considering conservation of information and documents in a secrecy.
- Follow the hospital's policy with regard to confidentiality.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNT-ABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Application of personnel policies and procedures.
- Follow up and update HR program.
- Issuance of reports to support decision making
Job Requirements
- Education: Suitable university degree for Human Resources.
- Experience: Preferably experience 7 years in Human Resources.
- PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ability to organize and accuracy in the performance of work assignments.
- Ability to carry out operational in less time and a high degree of proficiency.
- Proficiency in computer skills, and be ready for training on any software required by business need
- RELATIONSHIP SKILLS / PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- English Language Proficiency.
