Job Overview

For Nozha Schools "Cairo-Ismailia Branch":

  • We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing plane, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, and advance brand building.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and schools identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Build marketing plans to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic plan including websites and social media.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Works with the marketing team to come up with creative branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and the schools' printouts.
  • Identifies the appropriate media channels where the school's service marketing materials can be delivered to the public.
  • Create and develop the school's annual events plane including "schools and society events" with the schools managers.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant schools functions and departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Not less than 3 years of experience in the managerial position "school environment experience is a plus".
  • Multitasking with organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of Media Channels and Marketing Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
