Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
  • To open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • To build a strong relation with customers.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience needed 1-5 years in similar field.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
