Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Assist in General Office administration.
- Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
- Assist in any Department in their duties, projects and activities as and when required.
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- -Make sure that all office equipment are in their best condition.
- Maintain and solve any office related problems such as offices, electricity, bathrooms and air conditioners.
- Supervising the office cleaners within the three floors to make sure that all the company are well cleaned.
- Provide an apartment near to Cairo’s head office when needed.
- Make sure that all stuff in the apartment like (furniture, electricity, etc.,) are suitable for decent life.
- Prepare monthly or daily reports explaining the office condition status and maintenance status.
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High follow up and organizational skills.
- Very good communication (orally and written), interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Very good command of English Language (written, orally)
- Very good computer skills (esp. MS Office applications)
