Job Description
Looking for candidate who poses the passion for winning, capability to lead, and vision to plan long-term strategy.
He will be responsible for Automation Sales Management and lead all company sales for the Automation division.
Job Role:
- Develop long term strategies for the automation unit and short term tactics.
- Assemble and manage senior and junior engineers.
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing customers.
- Maintain direct relation with the company's customers.
- Grow company's network of partners, vendors and suppliers.
- Manage complete sales cycle starting from tender bidding, negotiation till order handling.
- Share the responsibility with the implementation team in developing and delivering the automation solution.
- Manage all sales-related activities, such as sales campaigns, seminars, etc.
- Direct reporting to the company owners.
- Participate with Marketing Director in conducting market researches and other marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in instrumentation including 6 years in sales.
- Min 3 years of experience in sales management and team management.
- Experience in developing solution architecture for small and mid-size automation solutions.
- Strong previous technical experience in panel building, PLC programming, SCADA development, and motor drives.
- Good knowledge about valves and pumps.
- Good knowledge about measurement instrumentation: flow, level, pressure, temperature, liquid and gas analysis.
- Fluent in English.
