Job brief
- We are seeking an experienced marketing executive with a vision to join our startup company.
- In this position, you will work to develop marketing plans and campaigns to increase company revenue and grow brand awareness.
- You must have extensive knowledge in marketing, sales, and promotion, coupled with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended service, idea or event
- Help create and promote the overall brand identity of company
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Establish beneficial pricing strategies
- Foster and manage positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- 2 years’ experience at least with a similar post
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Excellent command of English.
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
