Job Description
- Develop Category strategy in alignment with Commercial strategy
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, making category level strategy and achieving Sales and Margin and inventory targets assigned to a particular category
- Develop and implement tactics that deliver category]=goals
- Manage financial responsibilities for relevant categories in terms of Sales, Margin and ROI
- Manage category assortment through creating new segments based on customer needs and market insights
- Search & introduce the new items after making the required analysis on category level and on market level
- Drive listing and delisting process according items performance & category strategy and Update IMF with it
- Manage distribution model of items through pharmacies (Store Profile)
- Develop Full year promotion and in store activities Calendar for related items matching with category Strategy
- Monitor, control and update the price for items and compare it with the market
- Contribute with Buying Managers in the negotiation for the annual contract in terms of Marketing and promotional activities
- Setting the required planogram and in store communication per category per segment with different scenarios to fit with different store model based on customer decision tree
- Revise and monitor the availability per SKU in WH, and shelf availability as well.
- Design and create the motivational programs for pharmacists
Job Requirements
- Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in category management
- Educational Qualification – Bsc Pharmaceutical Faculty
- Professional Certifications -Sales and Marketing certificate is desirable
