Job Description
- Sell Barreau product to prospective and existing clients through direct sales and channel partners
- Track performance of channel partners and take necessary steps to achieve sales targets
- Generate awareness of the company's product on all sales platforms
- Work to increase the company’s distribution base
- Handle customer complaints by directing it to the relevant department and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with business development and account management teams to identify sales opportunities
- Work with pre-sales and marketing teams to gather relevant product/market information and collaterals
- React proactively to changing customer needs by communicating internally
- Maintain sustainable customer relationships
Job Requirements
- A graduate of Faculty of Law is preferable
- Ability to establish strong product knowledge
- Experience of 2+ years in the same role preferably in the IT field
- The ability to collaborate with team members using Google Drive, Asana, Slack, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
