Job Description

Job Summary

Proactively provides innovation across all communication vehicles that the company uses (offline and online) and provide competitive insight into the company's communication and branding strategies.

Main Duties:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation
    campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Develop, manage and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and other departments
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
  • MBA holder is a plus
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills, ability to lead and thrive in a matrix environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
