Job Description
Work as "ERP implementation specialist", and give our customers sufficient support to use our cloud ERP software (Daftra), efficiency.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
- Answer our customer's questions and resolve their issues via phone, email.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
