Job Description
- Evaluate user requests for business process automation using models to determine feasibility and technical requirements.
- Accountable and Responsible for the RPA support policies and standards.
- Build and maintain development and production environments to support continued product growth
- Support development teams across multiple properties in an AGILE environment
- Planning, estimating and continuously improving CI, system designs and processes.
- Work with the business to understand and implement complex requirements.

Job Requirements
- Experience in RPA particularly "Automation Anywhere" This is for a project based in the United States, so you must be fluent in English.
- Experience with all aspects of the RPA technology platform.
- Certifications in Automation Anywhere preferred.
- Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
- Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
- Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
