Job Description
- Receiving the export manager's request based on the business needs.
- Communicate with warehouse management to determine inventory of manufactured items and lotions.
- Prepare the package statement and send it to the export manager.
- Permanent contact with shipping companies according to the monthly value.
- Communicate with warehouses to determine the type and size of the container sent to the customer.
- Follow-up with the customs official to open a customs certificate and the date of entry of the container with the shipping company.
- Follow-up with the warehouse management of the shipment dates of preparations or chemical access.
- Follow up shipments with external procurement department.
- Follow up the entry of documents delivery to banks with financial management.
- Requesting certificates to refer the exported products from the laboratories department.

- 1-2 years of experience
