Job Description
- Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings
- Development, testing, deployment and roll-out of the Robots to production
Work with team members to identify, mitigate and resolve project issues and risks - Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support in the development and continual improvement of service.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- Participate in Identification, Assessment and Validation of automation projects.
- Participate in Preparation of project analysis documentation and solution design documentation.
- Delivering automation projects based on the tools and technologies in projects scope.
- Support other team members to complete projects on schedule
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in RPA particularly "Automation Anywhere" This is for a project based in the United States, so you must be fluent in English.
- Experience with all aspects of the RPA technology platform.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major Certifications in Automation Anywhere preferred
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
- Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
