Job Description
- The operations Manager (Facility Management) position is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute all (Hard Services) maintenance activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems.
- Manage all soft services under his management from housekeeping, pest control to landscaping maintenance activities.
- The Key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of the project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the same position.
- Proper knowledge of Health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Very good command of English.
