Job Description
- Manage Firewall FortiGate and Sophos.
- Installs, troubleshoots, services, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
- Manage Windows Servers 2012 R2 (File and printing server, Electronic Fax, SQL Server, WDS, WSUS and Active Directory)
- Troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, Access points, IP Phones and Camera systems.
- Maintains trouble logs. Instructs users in the use of computers and networks.
- Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes
- Maintains all support work orders in company ticketing system
- Keeps Hardware inventory equipment and report’s findings of any problem.
- Prioritize and manage several open ticket at one time
- Follow up to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferable to have CCNA, MCSA certifications.
- Having good documentation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.
- Previous experience in working with active Directory.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows 10.
- Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs
- Experience in Networking Topology; Firewall installation; configuration
