Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating existing applications and Service portals through their UI/UX effectiveness, in collaboration with the Business owner and team engineers.
- Creating and implementing interaction design models, user flows, and user interface specifications.
- Illustrating design ideas using wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, Information architecture and site maps.
- Conduct user experience research and testing. The kind of research that may require interviewing live users of the app, develop personas, and conduct research that provides a clear understanding of how design, site architecture, information architecture (IA) and content can impact the user’s experience.
- Create exciting and effective visual designs.
- Meet sprint and release goals and deadlines in our Agile process.
- Ensure that design best practices are being followed at all times.
- Shipping products, mobile apps and any service-oriented portal with maximum usability level and design thinking approach.
Job Requirements
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas:
- Computer Science.
- Information Systems.
- Computer/ Electrical/ Communication Engineering.
Years of Experience:
- +5 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role.
Technical Skills :
- Expert in using industry standard design software like Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch or any other relevant sketching or wireframe tool.
- Excellent knowledge of design thinking and UX process as a whole
- solid experience of Interaction Design, and Human-Centered design methods in practice that meet user needs and business goals Actively engaged in the UX community.
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop,
Illustrator, In-design, Acrobat and Dreamweaver.
