As part of the Customer Experience & Sales team; you should be able to carry-out meetings with senior management and smoothly close the deal.. Now, we are hiring for Engineerex, one of our largest events at Inspira and a well-known community for empowering engineers and techies..
What Will You Do?
- Connect with potential clients through phone and face-to-face as well.
- Carry-out meetings with managers and senior management and smoothly close the deal.
- Regular follow-up with potential clients to close the deal.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution.
- Accurately report progress through weekly sales reports and forecast revenue projections to the head of sponsorship and sales department.
Job Requirements
What You Need to Have?
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar position is a must.
- A highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional
- Persuasive by nature.
- Passionate about technology and engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Challenging attitude with a results-oriented approach
- High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Highly disciplined & determined.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and can handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
- A proven record of negotiating and securing new business is preferable.
