Job Description
- Responsible for spreading the culture of continuous improvement among employees in line with the levels of international factories.
- Ensuring optimal application of all AMS (Ahram Manufacturing System) tools in all current and future manufacturing processes.
- Follow-up and support teams of projects associated with achieving the objectives of continuous improvement of the company, including projects to develop and improve the procedures of the company Process Optimization.
- Publish and share the best successes associated with continuous improvement among all employees.
- Work to ensure the continuity of the application and effectiveness of Ahram Manufacturing System.
- Working as a reference for the company in matters of continuous improvement and manufacturing.
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs and workshops related to continuous improvement.
- Responsible for managing the motivation and encouragement of all employees of the company in a way that increases their participation in ideas of continuous improvement.
- Responsible for carrying out periodic reviews aimed at ensuring the implementation, continuity and performance of Ahram Manufacturing System.
- Working continuously to modernize the Ahram manufacturing system in line with the best new international manufacturing applications and tools.
- Development and follow-up program of evaluation and qualification of technicians in the factory to ensure their compatibility with the requirements of Ahram Manufacturing System.
- Monitoring and improvement of the AMS Rate.
- Participation, guidance and support of the members of the administration to contribute to the effectiveness of the system of quality and environmental management and occupational safety and health.
- Supporting the role of management to highlight its leadership on its areas of responsibility for quality management systems, environment, occupational safety and health.
Job Requirements
- Education: A university degree from one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience: Practical experience in Lean Manufacturing for at least 7 years.
- Technical and managerial skills: Leadership skills - Long term planning skills - Communication skills - Problem solving skills - Project management skills.
- Special abilities: English and computer proficiency - initiative and innovation.
