Job Description:
- Leading a direct Sales team
- Involved in hiring the sales team
- Responsible for achieving the team targets
- Responsible for developing the team knowledge, sales tactics (Approach, presentation, negotiations, follow-ups, closing)
- Monitor the team activities, pipeline, and production
- Team weekly meeting, monthly one to one
- Support the team in meetings and closing
- Responsible for the team discipline (Attendance, dress code, etc..)
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate (included 2 to 5 years as a manager).
- Preferably Commercial
- Age: 32 to 39 year
- Own a car is a must
