Job Description
- Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Schedule appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Promote new products and any special offers.
- Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Record orders and coordinate requirements to the Professional service department.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Assist in monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotions.
