Financial Duties:
- Prepare yearly, Quarterly and monthly financial statements.
- Prepare / update the financial position and the budgeted cash flow every 15 days.
- Review and audit all transactions prepared by accountants such as sales invoices, salaries, expenses… etc.
- Ensure all daily entries have been posted on the general ledger in the usual manner.
- Prepare aging report for customers and vendors.
- Prepare monthly inventory report stating both quantities and prices.
- Review salaries after comply with HR Dept.
- Prepare the shipment costing sheet and handling all procedures with customs.
- Familiar with using any accounting system.
- Taxation and other purposes:
- Prepare the VAT report on monthly basis and follow up with the tax authority for payment.
- Prepare Form 41 on quarterly basis and follow up with the tax authority for payment.
- Review salaries tax adjustment on annual basis and submit to the tax authority.
- Handle all paperwork (Estemara 1, 2 and 6) with the insurance organization.
- Record the official financial records (General Records).
- Prepare all required documents for tax inspections such as :
- VAT.
- Income taxes.
- Stamp duty.
- Others...
Job Requirements
- BA in Commerce (Accounting Dept.)
- English section graduates are preferred
- Very good command of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure
- Positive individual and hard worker
