Assisting the teacher for preparing and implementing a full educational and instructional plan according to the school’s curriculum requirements,along with social & emotional needs of learners.The teacher’s role goes beyond the provision of knowledge and instruction to learners –one must motivate them to develop their ability and aspiration to learn while also helping them develop their personality and skills. Also requires providing safe and supportive aura to help tap pupil's full potential.

Main activities

• Fulfilling academic duties diligently

• Provide a conducive environment for learning for all the students.

• Coordination and Documentation

• Meeting with parents (if required)

• General responsibilities towards learners

• Conducting classes in absence of Teachers.
