Role description
Position open for Customer Service Representative. Would be single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries. Will need to maintain quality of work and avoiding any passback ACE Program

Main activities

Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email

1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting of IT related problems

From in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, emails, PCs and Printers

Troubleshoot basic network issues such as ADSL broadband/wireless issues
-
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles

Team Player and ready to work in 24*7 Environment.

Work in shifts, days off to be taken during the week days
