Job Description
- To handle consumer engagement received through different channels (telephone, Contact us forms, Emails), handle consumer conversations on brands digital assets/different platforms. Carry out general, quantitative and qualitative research to produce insightful reports from digital, social media data to support Nestlé Brands, Businesses and Functions.
Job Requirements
- Native Moroccan, Tunisian, Algerian.
- Experience in consumer services field especially through phone calls and online channels.
- Experience working with social media listening and monitoring tools (Google, Radian6, Twitter Search, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Social Studio, other).
- Website analysis using Google Analytics or other tool.MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Google Adwords
- Understanding of digital marketing, digital media,Digital channels and metrics.
