Job Description

  • Ensure sales targets are delivered
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
  • Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and make the report to the Board of Directors/Shareholders.
  • Compile market data reports and track market share
  • Provide Broker shareholders with required reports on customer needs, issues, and requirements.
  • Prepare reporting as needed

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Excellent Customer Orientation
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Knowledge of and experience in management and administration
  • Proven sales ability
  • Knowledgeable in sales techniques
  • Anticipates and solves problems
  • Planning and evaluation
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
