Job Description
- Participate and make recommendations in the selection of new projects.
- Represent the company technically and politically before the governmental and official bodies to coordinate with the direct director.
- Assistance Representing the company in front of consulting offices for study, coordination, expression, and development in all designs for new and current projects to achieve the company's policy.
- Study the capabilities and scope of specialization of engineering offices and their rehabilitation and follow-up measurement of the level of reliability through the direct directions of the President.
- Obtain licenses and permits for new projects using all available facilities from the company.
- -Submit the drawings after taking the necessary permits to manage the projects.
- Technical support and supervision within the framework of the company's specific policy to all engineering departments for each project through direct directions of the president.
- Representing the company in front of customers and partners within the company's policy in coordination with the direct president.
- Technical support to all the different departments of the company to achieve the company's policy through the direct directions of the President.
- Seeking to obtain the largest external information which would affect the company's policy and the direct president's first president to support decision-making.
- The immediate suspension of any work that would damage the policy and reputation of the company technically or in any field in coordination with the direct president.
- Study the comparative prices of the consulting offices and analyze them and choose the most suitable for the company through the direct directions of the president.
- To inspect and review the works of the engineering designs received and to verify their validity for use, completion and inclusion of all engineering details necessary for the implementation of the site.
- Supervising the matching of paintings and drawings with each other to ensure their compatibility and non-conflict with each other through the direct directions of the President.
- Review the drawings necessary to complete the licensing procedures.
- Modification of drawings and designs through the offices issued to them through direct directions of the President.
- Periodic measurement of the productivity of his subordinates and the development of their skills in the transfer of sincere experience to them by training on the job and the formation of a second row able to shoulder responsibilities and burdens of the increasing functional.
- Lead the team towards achieving the desired goals and in the economic framework through the direct directions of the president.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
- Proven experience as a construction project manager
- In-depth understanding of construction procedure, material and project management principles
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
