Main Job Duties:
- Ensure our customer’s needs are being met.
- Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Make sure shelves are stocked with inventory.
- Replace items that are sold on the showroom floor.
- Possess a strong understanding of customer service.
- Handle returns and follow up with customers to see if what has been sold has been delivered as promised.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience is a must.
- Good command of English.
- Presentable.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality for phone and face-to-face sales.
- General computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task.
