Job Description
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and compile information to maximize sales closing.
- Make daily reports on sales and achieve monthly sales targets as agreed with Sales Section Head.
- Maintain a complete file for each customer.
- Identify research and contact potential customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Compile presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and achieve productivity in each call.
- Seek out new customers and Cooperate with other sales teams and departments to push sales activities.
- Propose customer problem solving alternatives.
- Prepare and follow up letters of guarantee in case of governmental deals.
- Cooperate with the after sales department for maintenance and spare parts contracts.
- Obtain information and sales data on area surveys.
- Handle product delivery in coordination with parties concerned.
- Following up collection of any customers’ dues to avoid any delay payment .
- Conducting ongoing competitors analysis to identify their products and activities strengths and weakness and communicate them to their supervisors
- Participating in developing accurate annual sales forecast with associate of his supervisors and be accountable for achieving his forecasted target.
- Developing customer list related to his region and regular updating for it
- Fulfill any additional tasks as per job needs
Job Requirements
- Car is a must
- Bachelor Degree of mechanical engineering.
- 1- 3 years of experience
- Sales certificate will be an asset
- Presentable
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Mature, Reliable, Creative and self-motivated
- Very good command of English language
