Main Job Duties:
- Ensures all hiring targets are met as per SLA
- Sources, and screens for different roles
- Assists in raising the requisitions on Taleo and actions them
- Supports in identifying new Vendors
- Schedules interviews & tests
- Completely manages pre-joining formalities for all new joiners.
- Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc
- Improves the customer & candidate satisfaction index
- Builds and strengthens relations with internal & external customers
- Manages external vendors & monitors performance
- Ensures use of recruitment automation and reduce manual intervention
- Prepares and showcase recruitment metrics on a regular basis to key stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree
- 0-1 year experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes will be a plus
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
- Good customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines and tight deadlines
- Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with different stakeholders
