Job Description

  • Responsible for the receiving of new arrived staff.
  • Prepares the personnel file of the new staff.
  • Checks all documents of the new staff from agency.
  • Prepares all documentation and hiring procedures of the new staff.
  • Verifies all the certificates of the new staff.
  • In-charge of the credentialing and privileging of the new medical staff.
  • Assist new staff in undergoing medical checkup.
  • Prepares employment contract of the new staff.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any four year course preferably Behavioral Sciences.
  • Experience: At least two (2) years relevant experience in a reputable organization or healthcare services.
  • Knowledge/skills: With good knowledge in the work field. Effective performance requires a good understanding of wok procedures as well as understanding of the operations, procedures, and policies of the functional areas. Expertise in dealing with employees and colleagues.
  • Job Requirements: Participates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation. Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances. Works effectively under stressful condition. Willing to work extended hours to meet work deadline requirements. Willing to relocate in other SG Hospitals in order to fill in gap, if needed.
  • Proficiency both in English and Arabic is preferred.
