Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Promoting high-end business solutions
- Achieve quota and sales targets,
- Carry out customer demos and presentation
- Build strong relationship with clients based on credibility, integrity, and trust
- Contact new clients to follow up their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.
- Establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
- Prepare a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to sales team leader.
- Communicate with customers to find out their exact needs and direct them to it and understand his/her point of view.
- Explain and demonstrate products to customers that may involve technical explanation.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, applications, as well as competitive products and technologies and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years with at least 2 years in Sales of IT services and IT products.
- Familiar with sales targets and quota-based work environment
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical & solving problems skills.
- Excellent time management
- Strong ability to work with network environment from technical teams and technology partners
- Strong command of English speaking and writing
- Preferably someone who has sold products like Manage Engine Service now or Zendesk etc
- Familiar with Ticketing Systems
