Job Description
- Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals
- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
- Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Coordinate team leaders and supervise developers, system admins and other professionals to provide guidance
- Control budget and report on expenditure
- Draft key objectives, strategies and apply the data for a product to make business decisions.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s).
- Discloses conflicts of interest when required
- Align the business and technical teams by building bridge of communications
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in developing and technical systems in agile environment
- BSc in computer science or engineering
- Experience with Jira project management tools
- Project management experience in the healthcare field is optional
- Proven experience as IT director or similar role
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to achieve a results-driven structure
- Critical thinking, committed and innovative

- Familiar with security policies and procedures
- Knowledge of system and network administration
