Job Description
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with program manager to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues.
- Planning delivery timetables against production forecast plan.
- Ensure optimal inventory level at all times.
- Ensuring optimal level of stock according to demand.
- Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales forecast.
- Monitoring stock levels and avoid out of stock and overstock.
- Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
- Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
- Monitor the stock level and work along with all other departments to minimize it in accordance with the best business practices and company objective.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Certification in supply chain management is a must.
- Ability to interact with different level of management.
- Excellent speaking and written command of the English language.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, people management & influencing skills.
- Strong organizing and analytical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi functional environment.
- Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity.
- Solution orientated approach.
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
